Required Skills & Experience:
  • 18 old and Plus, College Student and Sport-oriented
  • Minimum 1 year of experience (paid or volunteer) working with youth through mentoring, leadership development or organizing
  • A proven track record in supporting the leadership of young people
  • Experience in or demonstrated commitment to incorporating sports activities
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Strong planning and time management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with community partners and young people and work towards UNITY building and a collective vision
  • Ability to work with a team, have strong communication, sense of humor, collaboration, and self-initiative; ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Organize sports activities for ICI kids and youth
  • Supervise mentor kids to behave better in the Masjid
  • Report MPH incidents to ICI management
