The administrator role is to assist the Executive director, the Imams and the Centers committee in performing their tasks. The work involves supporting, coordinating and maintaining the scheduling of all activities. Coordinating volunteers’ schedules, etc
Qualifications:
- Associate College degree.
- 2-3 years working experience.
- High organizational and office skills
- High Computer and Social Media literate.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and systematic, able to establish and follow a process to completion
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team atmosphere
- Tolerance for ambiguity
- Action-oriented and displays focus, passion and initiative.
- Organized, creative thinker and highly productive, working in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed to improvement, seeks constructive criticism, and understands strengths and weaknesses.
- Fluent in English and Arabic in written and oral communication (Spanish is a plus).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize office records.
- Answers the phone during office hours and forwards messages to appropriate members
- Maintain Centers calendar.
- Update Centers Website and Social Media accounts
- Maintain Centers various Databases.
- Assist Committees in logistics related to Centers activities
- Follow up on donation collections (calls, letters…) according to the Fund raising committee guidelines.
- Administer NHIEC & Subsidiaries mail (Receiving, forwarding, maintaining mail permits…).
- Other Office tasks as specified by the Executive Director.
